Regional buses 43 and 143 run from Vejle Traffic Centre by Vejle Station to LEGOLAND and Billund Airport. There is a bus stop just outside LEGOLAND. In Billund Airport, busses stop at the entrance to the terminal building.

How long does the trip take?

With bus 43, it takes approx. 34 minutes to LEGOLAND and approx. 29 minutes to Billund Airport. The bus runs about every half hour (during late and early hours approx. every hour) all days from early morning till late evening.

With bus 143, it takes approx. 40 minutes to LEGOLAND and approx. 45 minutes to Billund Airport. Bus 143 runs approx. once an hour.

How much does the trip cost and how do I pay?

A standard single ticket costs DKK 64 for an adult, DKK 32 for a child up to 15 years of age (2024 prices). An adult can bring two children under the age of 12 free of charge.

You purchase tickets from the bus driver using Danish kroner or Euro (cash, only bank notes). If you pay with euros (notes only), you will get change back in Danish kroner. You can withdraw cash at the ATM at Vejle Station (for a fee).
