Give Museum Forest

Combine a visit to Museum Give with a visit to Give Museum Forest. Here you will find a fun forest playground with balancing tracks, a bonfire hut and a dog forest, and of course lots of exciting trees, flowers and animals. If you follow the route around the forest, it is 4 kilometers long.

Hastrup Plantation

The white hiking route in Hastrup Plantation is 1.2 kilometers long. The route takes you past the forest playground, where there is also a campfire. To the north there is a beautiful view of Lake Hastrup, where you can experience the lake's rich birdlife.

Sønderskoven Forest in Vejle

The blue hiking route in Sønderskoven is 3 kilometers long. Here you will find both a forest playground and a dog forest. The forest playground offers, among other things, play and climbing frames, and there is also a toilet and fire pit. It is easy to get to the forest playground with a pram.

The Queen's Bog

This 4.5-kilometer round trip takes you past the Iron Age village of Vingsted and close to the bog, where a 2,500-year-old bog body was found in 1835, long believed to be the Viking queen Queen Gunhild. You can see the bog at the Vejle Cultural Museum.

The route goes along both forest paths and paved roads. It can be difficult to get there with a stroller in some places.
