Tinnetgaard – farm shop and open farm
A stone’s throw from the river headwater of Gudenåen, you find Tinnetgaard, which is a charming farm open to visitors and with an organic farm shop. Everyone is welcome and you will find great activities for the whole family.
Come by and see the farm's many beautiful edible flowers, chat with the farm’s various animals, buy homemade and organic products, or enjoy a cup of coffee with cookies or ice cream.
Sustainable Flowers
As part of the farm shop, there is the flower workshop, where you can buy bouquets, decorations, and plants. At Tinnetgaard, only beautiful homegrown flowers are used, cultivated by the farm’s gardener from spring to autumn. This means that only seasonal flowers are used, and during the winter months, you can instead buy wreaths, dried flowers, and bouquets. In this way, you can buy flowers all year round with a clear conscience, as the carbon footprint is minimized by using seasonal flowers.
Social Enterprise
All work at Tinnetgaard is done in collaboration with our young people aged 17-30. Since 1999, Tinnetgaard has been a Residential and Vocational School for young people who are unable to meet the demands of the established education system. When you visit Tinnetgaard, you are not only doing something good for the climate and yourself. You are also helping to strengthen the work identity of young people and ensure meaningful employment.
Events and Workshops
Throughout the year, events are held, usually based on the season. These include a Christmas market, spring market, autumn market, flower courses, community dinners, and more. Visit Tinnetgaard's website www.tinnetgaard.dk for inspiration, or book a ticket now and gain a great experience.
