Along the Coast to Coast Trail, there are plenty of places where you can explore. Here, you will find experiences of historical, cultural-historical, and modern character.

In Vejle, you start at the waterfront, where you will find the architectural gems, Bølgen - The Wave - and Fjordenhus.

In Vejle city, you can visit the Vejle Art Museum, which has a collection consisting of graphic art, paintings, and sculptures. You will also find the Vejle Cultural Museum, where you can see the bog body, ‘Queen Gunhild,’ which was found in a bog near Haraldskær.

You can also take a trip to the knowledge and experience center, Økolariet, and learn more about nature, environment, climate, and energy.

Entrance to the art museum, cultural museum, and Økolariet is free.

After leaving Vejle city, you step into the beautiful nature of Vejle River Valley.

Here you will find Haraldskær Manor and the visitor center at Haraldskær Avlsgård, where you can learn more about the valley’s history, wildlife, biodiversity, and much more.

Further along the trail, you will come to Vingsted and the Vingsted Iron Age Village. Here, you can get a close look at the Iron Age and how people lived back then.

Shortly after, you will reach the Ravning Bridge, a reconstruction of a bridge built by Harald Bluetooth.

You can take a detour to Tørskind Gravel Pit and see the impressive landscape sculpture created by Robert Jacobsen and Jean Clareboudt.

Stop by Bindeballe old grocer's shop and experience what a merchant’s shop from 1897 looked like. You can also enjoy a good cup of coffee and a delicious piece of cake.

Across the road, you will find Bindeballe Station. The station building dates back to 1897 and now houses an exhibition where the ticket office and waiting room have been reconstructed with many original items.

In Egtved, you will find the site where one of Europe’s finest Bronze Age discoveries was made: the Egtved Girl’s Grave. At the end of 2025, the new experience center, Egtved Girl’s World, will open right where she was laid to rest on a summer day 3,500 years ago.
