After the cold winter, we now look forward to the signs of spring. Flowers and trees are blooming, the sun’s rays are warming, and it’s perfect to get out into nature. If rain showers gather over Vejle, you’ll find wonderful indoor experiences for both children and adults.
Take a trip into Vejle’s nature and search for the harbingers of spring on the forest floor and in the trees. Also, visit Boulevarden in Vejle, where the cherry trees bloom beautifully in the spring.
After a visit to the blooming nature, you can taste your way through Vejle’s gastro-universe or take a trip past the many shops and exciting museums on the pedestrian street.
On Tuesday, March 25th, you can experience Piaf – The Show at Vejle Musikteater.
An enchanting performance that celebrates the life and legacy of legendary French singer Edith Piaf. The show captures the essence of Piaf’s passionate singing style and the depth of her emotions, from heartbreaking songs like “La Vie en Rose” to the energetic tones of “Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien”.
On March 28th you can experience Chris Minh Doky at Vejle Musikteater.
In January, Chris Minh Doky released his first album since 2018, The Nomads: New Beginnings. It is a work that confirms his status as one of the world's leading bassists in both sound and format. For this special tour, he brings some of the most prominent names from the jazz and rock scene with him.
From April 2nd to 13th, you can experience Strictly Ballroom The Musical at Vejle Musikteater.
Look forward to experiencing the star-studded cast of the musical version of Baz Luhrmann's cult, award-winning film phenomenon, Strictly Ballroom. Experience Silas Holst, Sicilia Gadborg, Tammi Øst, Henrik Lykkegaard, Niels Ellegaard, Karina Frimodt and dancers from 'Vild med Dans' who will have you singing along and dancing right on the edge of your seat.
From April 17th to 21st, you are invited to a fun Easter hunt at WOW PARK. You will receive a coupon at the park entrance. You need to explore the park and find some colorful Easter eggs, each with a letter on it.

WOW PARK opens already from April 5th, where you can experience the adventurous forest universe with treehouses, slides, suspension bridges, zip lines, mazes, underground caves, and much more!
Try GIGANTEN in WOW PARK Billund, which is Scandinavia's highest free-fall slide tower with 3 wild slides!
On April 19th and 20th there will be an Easter market at Haughus Gods from 10:00-16:00.
In addition to the 2000 m2 indoor market being open, there will also be a boot market in the courtyard. The café will of course also be open so you can satisfy your hunger after your shopping.
The entrance fee is 20 DKK.
On May 10, 2025, Tinnetgaard invites you to a family-friendly spring market.
Enjoy a day full of activities where you can meet the farm's animals, check out agricultural machinery, and experience the organic farming operations. Take a walk in the inspiration garden, learn about sustainable flower cultivation, and explore the large selection at the plant market. You can also visit the farm shop and flower workshop, where everything is produced in collaboration with the young people at Tinnetgaard's residential and vocational school.
On Saturday, May 10th, Haughus Gods, in collaboration with Haveselskabet Vejle, will open its doors for the Garden and Plant Market.
Here you can get a good deal on flowers, plants, trees, seeds, pots, tools and much more.
May 11, 2025, the Grejsdalsløbet, Denmark's toughest recreational cycling race, will be held.
Despite its challenging reputation, Grejsdalsløbet is actually a cycling event for everyone. Participants can choose from five different distances: the Spring Classic, Gran Fondo, Medio Fondo, Challenge, and Gravel.
From May 28-31, 2025, the Jelling Music Festival will once again take place, continuing its tradition of being held on the last weekend of May.
The festival is a celebration of community, great music, and people of all ages, as it kicks off the festival season in Denmark.
