After the cold winter, we now look forward to the signs of spring. Flowers and trees are blooming, the sun’s rays are warming, and it’s perfect to get out into nature. If rain showers gather over Vejle, you’ll find wonderful indoor experiences for both children and adults.
Take a trip into Vejle’s nature and search for the harbingers of spring on the forest floor and in the trees. Also, visit Boulevarden in Vejle, where the cherry trees bloom beautifully in the spring.
After a visit to the blooming nature, you can taste your way through Vejle’s gastro-universe or take a trip past the many shops and exciting museums on the pedestrian street.
Spring kicks off at Tinnetgaard with great Easter offers. Come and see the wide selection of seeds, plants, Easter decorations, and delicious specialties.
Throughout the entire farm, in the nursery and in the farm shop, there will be activities for all ages during Easter.
Paint an Easter egg, dig for gold, or greet all the animals. There is free feeding of small animals every day at 10:30 AM. The hobby horse track is ready, there are toy tractors, a drawing café, and a craft workshop, as well as various games; Ludo, memory games, and table shuffleboard.
The farm shop is open throughout Easter, and there will of course be light refreshments available for purchase, including coffee, cocoa, and cookies.

From Saturday, April 12th to Monday, April 21st, there are Easter activities at the Økolariet.
Come and see the Easter chicks and follow their hatching process. Participate in the creative workshops where you can make your own gækkebrev (Danish Easter letter). You can also see the exhibition about 'The Hen and the Egg'. On the rooftop terrace, you can plant seeds and take them home to watch them sprout. You can also experience the creepy crawlies of nature both in the Økolariet and on a tour with the Økolariet's nature guide.
From April 17th to 21st, you are invited to a fun Easter hunt at WOW PARK. You will receive a coupon at the park entrance. You need to explore the park and find some colorful Easter eggs, each with a letter on it.
Find the secret Easter word and participate in the competition to win 10 day tickets to WOW PARK (value: up to 279 DKK each) in each park.
WOW PARK opens already from April 5th, where you can experience the adventurous forest universe with treehouses, slides, suspension bridges, zip lines, mazes, underground caves, and much more!

During Easter from April 18 to 20, 2025, Randbøldal Camping transforms every morning into a true spring paradise filled with free activities for both children and adults.
Let the children enjoy the fun Easter race on Friday and Saturday, where they can explore the campsite and solve exciting tasks along the way. Or join our traditional Easter hunt on Sunday, where you together will find the eggs that the Easter chick has hidden around – maybe we'll even catch a glimpse of the chick itself!
For the creative souls, there is a cozy Easter workshop where everyone can make beautiful Easter letters and paint Easter eggs.
The activities take place in the morning starting at 10:00 AM. Everyone is welcome and all activities are free.
On April 19th and 20th there will be an Easter market at Haughus Gods from 10:00-16:00.
In addition to the 2000 m2 indoor market being open, there will also be a boot market in the courtyard. The café will of course also be open so you can satisfy your hunger after your shopping.
The entrance fee is 20 DKK.
On May 10, 2025, Tinnetgaard invites you to a family-friendly spring market.
Enjoy a day full of activities where you can meet the farm's animals, check out agricultural machinery, and experience the organic farming operations. Take a walk in the inspiration garden, learn about sustainable flower cultivation, and explore the large selection at the plant market. You can also visit the farm shop and flower workshop, where everything is produced in collaboration with the young people at Tinnetgaard's residential and vocational school.
On Saturday, May 10th, Haughus Gods, in collaboration with Haveselskabet Vejle, will open its doors for the Garden and Plant Market.
Here you can get a good deal on flowers, plants, trees, seeds, pots, tools and much more.
May 11, 2025, the Grejsdalsløbet, Denmark's toughest recreational cycling race, will be held.
Despite its challenging reputation, Grejsdalsløbet is actually a cycling event for everyone. Participants can choose from five different distances: the Spring Classic, Gran Fondo, Medio Fondo, Challenge, and Gravel.
From May 28-31, 2025, the Jelling Music Festival will once again take place, continuing its tradition of being held on the last weekend of May.
The festival is a celebration of community, great music, and people of all ages, as it kicks off the festival season in Denmark.
